2011 Lifting Log Update
Here is the progress of how our guys have been doing in the weight room. Some guys have made the commitment, some have not. We have many who are very close to the first goal. The following picture is what our guys are in pursuit of as they close in on that first goal of our off-season work. 2011 will be a great year!
